Val was absolutely amazing. She was very careful on how she did my eyebrows. She did them in steps to allow me to see how the transformation was progressing. We got to a point where we had to stop because "I personally have a hard time with change," and she could sense that with my body language. We didn't get the colour fully done. But the shape is there. I went home totally stressed trying to deal with the new change. Not knowing what I was going to do . Meaning by "going back for my touch up or just let them fade gradually. Which take less time if you don't do your follow up. We'll the next morning. I got up and my husband saw them for the first time. I was nervous for his reaction. But the first thing he said was "WOW" He couldn't believe how they looked and how they opened up my eyes and made me look refreshed. My natural brows drooped really bad and made me looked tired all the time. I can't stress enough how Val has changed my appearance. You need to listen to her. She knows her stuff. She takes her time and it shows. I needed to write this review because with me having issues with change, Val was amazing at being patience with me. So if you have and doubts or problems with change Val is definitely the one you want by your side. Thank You again Val. See you at my touch up appointment.”
